World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The item upgrade was first introduced in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2 while being traded or being held.

Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. They can be earned by recycling plastic and cans, or by completing missions. To recycle an item, simply click on it with the right-click, and then press R. You'll receive a tiny amount of books and XP. This is not the same as retiring an item, which erases it, but provides lots of resources.

Substats
The sub-stats of an artifact are random, but can be improved by a number of ways. The number of sub-stats an artifact could have is determined by its Rank, with Rank 2 having no sub-stats at all and 5 being the highest ranked with five. If you'd like to increase more chances of getting a particular sub-stat You can make use of the REFINE ARTIFACTS feature to increase it by 4 levels. This will cost you MORA.
